Founded by the Hazel, Gould, and Berry families, Allegiant remains a family-owned agency built on compassion, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Inspired by our own family's experience with home care, we recognized a growing need in our community for the kind of compassionate, personalized care we would trust for our own loved ones. Today, we are proud to support the Treasure Valley not only through exceptional in-home care but also through our involvement in local civic and community activities.
Meet the People Behind Allegiant
Tracy Berry
☘︎ Executive Director
As one of the founding members of Allegiant Home Care, Tracy has dedicated more than 35 years to caring for others. Since beginning her healthcare career at just 18 years old, she has gained extensive experience caring for clients with a wide range of needs across multiple healthcare settings.
An Idaho resident since the fourth grade, Tracy has developed a deep understanding of the home care industry through hands-on experience at every level of care. She is certified as a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and EMT-Basic, bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to Allegiant Home Care.
Guided by integrity and a passion for helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, Tracy is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients, their families, and the Treasure Valley community.
Jenny Gould
☘︎ Supervising Registered Nurse (RN)
A founding member of Allegiant Home Care, Jenny brings more than 15 years of nursing experience and a passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care. Raised in Nampa, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Boise State University before building a diverse career in orthopedic and brain injury rehabilitation, pre-surgical screening, post-operative recovery, and nursing management.
As Allegiant's Registered Nurse, Jenny develops personalized care plans, educates and supports caregivers and clients, and conducts in-home nursing visits to help ensure every client receives exceptional, individualized care. Her clinical expertise and hands-on approach play an important role in maintaining the high standards of care that define Allegiant Home Care.
Guided by compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, Jenny believes every client deserves thoughtful, individualized care that promotes safety, independence, and quality of life. She is dedicated to supporting clients, families, and caregivers while helping Allegiant continue to provide trusted care throughout the Treasure Valley.
Synka Hyde

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Synka has dedicated her career to providing compassionate care, with a special focus on long-term care and supporting individuals living with dementia. Her passion for caregiving began at an early age, growing up in a family that opened their home to adults with developmental disabilities through what are now known as Certified Family Homes. That experience inspired a lifelong commitment to serving others and shaped the compassionate approach she brings to every client and family she supports.
Throughout her career, Synka has developed extensive experience caring for older adults, particularly those living with dementia. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges families face allows her to provide thoughtful guidance, compassionate support, and personalized care tailored to each client's individual needs.
Guided by empathy, respect, and a genuine passion for helping others, Synka believes exceptional care begins with meaningful relationships built on trust and understanding. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients and families feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Christina Sisneroz

With several years of experience in healthcare, Christina brings compassion, organization, and a client-first approach to her role as Client Coordinator at Allegiant Home Care. Originally from Oregon, she is proud to call Idaho home and enjoys serving the Treasure Valley community by helping connect clients and families with the care and support they need.
As Client Coordinator, Christina works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure services are coordinated smoothly from the very beginning. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to exceptional service help create a positive experience for every family who chooses Allegiant Home Care.

Lane Gould

Born and raised in the Treasure Valley, Lane earned his bachelor's degree from Boise State University and serves as Allegiant Home Care's Financial Administrator. As a member of the Allegiant team, he oversees the agency's financial operations and provides the administrative support that helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
From managing financial records to supporting internal processes, Lane plays an essential role in ensuring the agency operates efficiently. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence help create a strong foundation that allows the care team to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to clients and their families.
Lane believes that exceptional care is supported by exceptional teamwork. Through careful financial stewardship and dependable administrative support, he is committed to helping Allegiant continue serving the Treasure Valley with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
Jamie Gould

With more than 35 years of experience working throughout the Treasure Valley, Jamie has built lasting relationships and a deep connection to the community he proudly calls home. As Allegiant Home Care's Community Liaison, he is passionate about connecting individuals and families with the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about in-home care.
Jamie leads Allegiant's community outreach efforts by fostering relationships with local organizations, supporting community engagement, managing the agency's social media presence, and helping prospective clients and their families learn about Allegiant's personalized care services. His approachable personality and genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people make him a trusted ambassador for the agency.
Guided by a commitment to service and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Jamie is dedicated to strengthening Allegiant's presence in the Treasure Valley while helping families feel informed, supported, and confident as they explore their home care options.
